Teape Training International (TTI) was founded in 2009 by Meg and Michael Teape, a husband-wife team with extensive experience in training consultation, business management, coaching, and leadership.  Since then, TTI has built a global network of Associates with expertise across the spectrum of business and personal effectiveness training as well as complementary training offerings such as product and process disciplines. TTI partners and consults with leading training companies globally and engages with a varied client base, focusing on structured learning strategies and custom training interventions. With this depth and breadth in learning and development, TTI has become strategic partners and consultants to Training Managers, business leaders, and other trainers.

Co-Founder & Lead Coach

Meg spent 15 years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in various management roles and built expertise in multiple disciplines including; business management, product development, change management, operations, and training & communications. Meg helped lead significant programs such as the Dodd-Frank Act implementation in IR Swaps, CIO/Treasury Risk Management function, and the Bear Stearns merger integration.  She has focused her career on building and improving processes, implementing change, and managing people.  
 
Meg left J.P. Morgan in 2013 to focus on TTI and currently manages the business processes and the sales and communications functions.  She has a special interest in helping small businesses and individuals succeed through consulting and coaching.  Meg received her B.S. in Management from Boston College and a M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.  She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi national honor society and the Finance Chair of the non-profit AUF, Inc.

Co-Founder & Lead Trainer

Since 1994, Mike has been conducting business and personal effectiveness design and delivery training, coaching, train-the-trainer, and training strategy development for a wide spectrum of clients.  He often works for global corporations, leading training firms, and universities as well as small and middle market businesses. Mike has obtained unique and relevant market experience in helping companies achieve their goals.  Training globally provided him with a rich understanding of cultural differences as well as global experience in train the trainer skills. Prior to TTI, Mike was the Training Manager for JPMorgan Chase’s North America Investment Bank Operations and Technology Division. 

In addition to corporate training, Mike provides assistance to improve business effectiveness skills through 1-2-1, or group, coaching and designing/delivering key business improvement programs.  He assists clients in developing their communication skills and crafting their presentation style for all business situations.  He also coaches clients in overcoming professional issues that deter career advancement opportunities.

Strategic Partner, Asia Pacific

Jane is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business in the Asia Pacific region as well as overseeing the daily operations. As Owner of Thompson Training, as well as throughout her professional career, Jane has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world. Thompson Training works in partnership with TTI, consulting and partnering with organizations to provide tailored business and personal effectiveness training solutions. 

 

Jane possesses extensive expertise in retail and investment banking, having held management positions in NatWest Bank and then JPMorgan collectively for over 23 years. Jane possesses extensive experience in management development, and leadership training. During her collegiate career, Jane earned a Certificate in Training Practice and Diploma in Management from Bournemouth and Poole College. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Strategic Associate, North America

Sesha is a Talent and Leadership Development Consultant and Trainer focusing in North America. Sesha’s specialty is in bringing impactful programs to organizations that empower their leaders, teams, and individual contributors to grow and drive results. She is able to successfully implement strategic goals by drawing upon her experience as a business leader for over 15 years spanning innovation, sales, marketing and operations, and across multiple business sectors including consumer goods, banking, health care and insurance. Sesha has worked in organizations ranging in size from entrepreneurial startups to large corporations. Her vast real-world experience is evident in her program designs and in her authentic ability to understand people and relate to the issues and challenges organizations face in today’s world.  She has a passion for empowering others with the knowledge and practical tools they need to have an immediate impact on how they work and to sustain long-term results for their organizations.

Strategic Associate, Europe

Paul is a sought-after leadership expert, specializing in the design and delivery of behavior-based leadership development programs for global organizations. For the past 15 years, he has helped multiple businesses to navigate change and create cultures that drive for sustainable success. He regularly works with senior managers to prepare them for their next step up into the board room, using his extensive performance coaching experience to create focused actions, along with mental toughness and resiliency. Paul is a certified facilitator of the Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader Programme, a proven 360 feedback methodology for enhancing leadership competencies and improving business results.

 

Prior to his partnership with TTI, Paul was a senior delivery consultant with RogenSi, an international training provider, working with many of the world’s largest banks, professional services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing businesses. Before that he spent 10 years with JPMorgan Chase EMEA as a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner.

 

Paul is an insightful facilitator and is highly skilled at engaging audiences with practical content that speaks directly to the business need. In addition to his work in leadership capability, he trains professionals at all levels to present with impact and provides facilitation masterclasses to internal company trainers.

Strategic Associate, North America

Kimberly draws upon her years in the high tech industry to create and teach classes that are both engaging and relevant in today's business environment.  Specializing in Project Management, Kimberly delivers a dynamic training session uniquely tailored to her client's needs from the fundamentals to the niche situations.  Her training sessions help clients establish best practices that work for their own company, culture, client and product so that they can fully utilize the value add project management offers.

Kimberly spent 15 years at IBM working across divisions and geographies to deliver high quality products to a worldwide market.  She worked on products such as the silicon chip for the Sony PlayStation, the IBM Power Systems server, and the IBM FlashSystem storage device.

During her time at IBM she certified as a Project Management Professional and as an IBM Executive Project Manager.  Additionally, Kimberly implemented supply chain and logistics best best practices using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Kimberly has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

For over 18 years, Nanette DeWester has been providing clients with a broad range of proven creative solutions to their training and development needs.

She began training after a career as a professional actor performing on stage and television, and as an improviser with such companies as Second City. She worked with Mt. Sinai’s Morchand Center teaching communication skills to physicians and medical students. She’s prepared many high profile clients for national television and radio appearances such as: “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America,” and “The Daily Show.” Her clients include Pulitzer Prize winning novelist Jhumpa Lahiri, real estate entrepreneur Barbara Corcoran, Curves CEO Gary Heavin, NYTimes columnist and Nobel Prize winning economist Paul Krugman, and bestselling author Sue Monk Kidd.

From her background in the arts and her experience in the corporate world, Nanette developed a unique approach that leverages innovative thinking and the use of creativity for professional development. Her ability to motivate the learning process, coach for skill building, and facilitate behavior change in an entertaining, engaging format, is the hallmark of her work, and, the key to results driven performance improvement.

Her clients range from Fortune 500 Senior Executives to non-profit companies, such as NBC Universal, Barclays Capital, Sony Music, The Rockefeller Foundation, Google, Notre Dame University, Penguin Random House, and UNICEF.
